I hope that you can get down to the size that you want for the wedding! 15 pounds in 3 months is completely doable, you just have to have discipline. I know what you mean about it feeling too real but that's a good thing because it means you will be married soon!
I'm not having anxiety. I picked mine up yesterday. I get my bra tomorrow and then I go to get fitted. I'm July 11 and I am very excited to see it fit well on me. Where ever I lose weight I doubt its going to be that much to make an alteration difference. I guess I just have confidence in myself i'm looking forward to seeing myself in my shoes that are here also and the dress. so enjoy. I've not opened the bag though. It's hanging in the bathroom.. lol
This post reminds me I need to get on my second cycle of 30 day Shred tomorrow....ugh. :( Dress comes in May 31 (was a little relieved when it got pushed back), I feel your pain @charmbracelet!
I am right there with you....I'm actually hoping my dress doesn't come in until June because it gives me more time to stagger my fittings! I'd like to schedule my last fitting for the week before the wedding because I just know that as we get closer, I'm going to just drop weight. :) Call it stress, call it what you want....I just know it's going to happen, and I'm all set with walking around in the late July heat, holding up my strapless dress. ;)
Oh, I so know how you feel about wanting to loose weight for the wedding and being anxious about the whole dress thing. I even get the whole "what if it looks good and I loose my motivation to keep going?" thing!
I have my second dress fitting next week (I'm having my dress made) and part of me was like, Urgh, still not at my ideal weight and the dress is being made to fit me now... when I want to loose 10kg. Try to enjoy your dress, even if it does look fab, if you still want to loose weight try to think about other things to do with the wedding. I try to include other motivations apart from just the dress, like being able to wear sexy undies and actually FEEL sexy, not hating photos I'm in and dancing on the dancefloor and not feeling self consious, that kinda thing! Try to enjoy the whole dress thing - we only get to do it once so make the most of it! :)

My dress is in but I don't want to go pick it up. I actually frowned when I heard the message on my voice mail.
Is that weird?
First... I still have about 10-15 pounds to lose. I know that if I go try on the dress it will probably fit because I've been measuring myself and I at the size of the dress. I still want to lose a little more though. I'm worried that if I try on the dress and I look fine in it, I won't be motivated to continue.
Second... it will feel too real. We are exactly 3 months away tomorrow and it just feels like I have to much to do, so I am in denial...I think. Anyway, getting the dress makes it more real.
Please tell me I am not the only one with dress anxiety.
