Holy moly your venue is PHENOMENAL!! i think you'd be fine either way! bird cages are more modern and a bit edgier as is your venue, but i love the idea of you perhaps having a more traditional one for the ceremony and wearing the birdcage for your reception...
Hmmm.......... i still say that either veil is fine.. I tend to lean towards the bird cage though...
Your venue is absolutely gorgeous. I think you should totally go with a birdcage veil at least for the reception if not for both.
I love the veil you're wearing in the picture!! But I can understand if you think it's too much for your venue. Either length you suggested would be fine, but a birdcage veil would be so stylish.
Thanks everyone for your compliments on the venue:) I can't wait to try on a birdcage veil with my dress tomorrow!
I love, love, love your dress... and your venue... fabulous! I think either veil that you suggested could work. Have you considered wearing a flower in your hair for the reception? I think it would really compliment your dress and be very elegant. Regardless, whatever you decide on will be beautiful! :)
Your dress and venue are gorgeous. Wow. I like the veil you have on in the photo but maybe you can go a shorter with a veil at fingertip length? Just a suggestion.
I think both could work but I love the romance of the long veil with your dress. What are you thinking for other accessories?
I don't know yet about the accessories. I might go with chandelier earrings but nothing too flashy. Any suggestions?
dying with envy over your venue!!!
Why not do a traditional veil for the ceremony and birdcage for the reception?
I vote big veil for the ceremony and birdcage for the reception!
First off, your venue is AMAZING!! I am totally have venue envy!
I vote birdcage veil. Although I do like the idea of wearing a more traditional veil for the ceremony and the birdcage for the reception. If it was me though (which it's not), I'd be too frugal and just wear one veil.
Your venue totally great! And, def go birdcage! IMO the tradational veil is a little overwhelming with your dress.
Plus, your venue is totally modern & birdcage veils are so modern & classic all at the same time!
I think a birdcage would look great, your dress is amazing as well as your venue. I have dress and venue envy with everyone else =)
For some reason, I'm having a difficult time picturing a birdcage w/ that full skirt... so, I'd go w/ a traditional veil.

My dress finally arrived in the salon and i am going to try it on for the first time tomorrow afternoon. I will also be trying veils with it. I always thought that I definitely wanted to wear a veil with my dress but now I feel like I might just wear a birdcage veil. (We won't be having a church ceremony). I attached a picture of my venue and my dress (last pic). So a veil or a birdcage veil with my dress (considering my venue)? (Any suggestions are welcome:)
Thanks!!!
