So, I bought my dress! I am so excited, I just have a small feeling of dress regret. Only beacsue this dress is not what I expected. It took my breath away when I put it on and the reaction from my family was really exciting when I walked out in it.
I was seeing myself a more modest dress with sleeves, but for dresses within my budget, those were not available to me. It looks large and bunchy beacause it is a size 10. I did get an incredible deal buying the sample gown that had hardly any problems. Just some beading was slightly falling off. Nothing a needle and thread wont fix.
My other concern is that it does bunch a bit. The consultant said that for the style of the dress it’s supposed to be a little more relaxed so bunching is expected. I think I will probably ask during alterations if there is a way to add little more structure to the bodice with a corset or something similar.
So yeah, here it is!
P.S the reason I am holding my phone is that I was looking for a veil example on Pinterest. :p

As I said in your other thread, I love this dress on you ! And I’m sure the alterations will make it more fitted as you’ll probably go down a size or two. Are you wearing something under your corset ? A basque maybe would help ?
