Here is my lovely, repaired dress! I purchased it a Pronovias sample sale in NY (see http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/2-dresseslong). The bodice fits perfectly, the straps had to be taken in a little, and it’s a little too long. The seamstress will add a few layers of crinoline to hopefully define the bottom layers of the skirt…now I just need to find the perfect veil!

It’s so much fun to finally have your dress!

No picture attached? Congrats on getting your dress fixed — you must be so happy! What type of veil are you considering?

Ideally I would want a chapel-length, custom-cut fullness (less full at the top and fuller at the bottom), square cut with rounded corners and some sort of design at the bottom/bottom center of the veil…nothing super specific…ha!
