I’m not sure if this is the right place to post it but anywho….
So we ordered our Save The Date magnets from VP. I heard great things . We got them and they had a scratch on about 99 % of them.
So i complained and they said we will send you a new 100 of them for free… so i was like oook great…
We got them again…
On every single one there was like a blurred look on my face….
So i complained again! GRR
I said forget it.. i don’t want another set. Just send me my money back. They asked me to send 2 magnets to show them .. but its like why ? I’m not going to waste postage on you. When i wrote my 1st email i said don’t you check everything before its sent out?
It sucks but i guess we have 200 magnets for free. However 100 were i guess do able.. The scratch was on the bottom… so i guess it will do and hopefully no one will notice. Just sucks they weren’t perfect.

I have tried them twice for different things and I didn’t like them either time. I gave them a second chance because a lot of people rave about them. Both times I was very disappointed. I will not ever use them for anything ever again. I know how you feel. I used magnetstreet.com for my save the dates and I couldn’t be happier with them. They were a little more than I wanted to pay, but so totally worth it.

Vista print sometimes prints bad quality. All my visitng cards have scratches and I didnt get a new batch even after the complain.

i havent used vistaprint sorry you had a really bad experience. What are you going to do now?

I guess it’s really a get what you pay for kind of thing. I think Vista print is more of a business printer so, while they can do large qualities quickly, they don’t have the precision for doing photos as well as some of their competitors. I’ve actually never used Vista Print but I just got some coupons in the mail and am about to place an order.

aw what a bummer to hear! I just ordered postcard save the dates from them. They came out pretty good, but yes the quality isn’t the greatest, but i was happy with the price 🙂

That’s disappointing. We used Vista Print for our 200 save the date postcards, and they turned out fine. Granted, I just used one of their templates and there was no picture. I am glad you got your money back though. Sorry! 🙁

That’s too bad to hear, I’m sorry your experience with them was so disappointing. My cards and labels have always turned out great from VistaPrint, but I always use high resolution images and their provided templates.
Good luck with your save the dates! Keep us posted and let us know how everything turns out.

that sucks! They printed my order a bit dark, other than that, they were ok.
I don’t think they QC though, I think they just print and ship. If they had QC-ed, my cards would have been cut the same way every time… they weren’t. Luckily it’s one per person, so no one else would ever know!
