Man..I LOVED what he did with the casino theme. I don't know what the bride was thinking with some of the stuff she put together for her wedding/reception. The venue David picked was awesome although I didn't care that much for all of the BM cleaveage on display. I LOVED all of the red roses and the tall centerpieces and freestanding candelabras. I recorded it so I can ooh and ahhh over it all again 
Oh Hey JamaiceBride I remember you ;-). I haven't been on for a while since the wedding is over now. Yeah David does a wonderful job. The BM dresses were not my stlye but the bride appeared to be happy. It was tear jerking though the whole dad thing. I actually was picked for season 3 and can't wait to see my episode.
I watched, I just didn't like it as well. I thought the couple was adorable and the wedding was gorgeous, but the whole staged, tear-jerker reunion thing kind of turned me off. The way he asked her specifically about it and then set it up. Yes, it weas special that her dad got to attend, but thw whole thing seemed like a "Yes, look how amazing I am" moment for David.
Congrats on getting picked for the show, though! That's awesome!
@Zippylef It might have looked staged but they are really good about keeping surprises. They surprised me numerous times and I really had no clue. David is truly a very genuine and talented person. Every tear is real! I told myself I wouldn't cry but ot was very hard not to. Thanks for the congrats!
It was an enjoyable episode and those centrepieces were to die for but I am kind of over seeing David's line of wedidng dresses in every single episode. I miss the trips to Pronovias etc.
@plantains...now that I can agree on. I wish he would branch out into some other wedding dress lines and not just use his over and over. I know it's his show and he's trying to promote his stuff but maybe every other episode instead of every one.
@zippy...I don't know if I'd personally want the first time I laid eyes on my dad to be at my wedding. The day is already emotional enough without adding that into the mix. The Locator meets My Fair Wedding...lol
@jessica...do you know the airdate for your episode?
I lovvved it!!!! He did such a good job! The centerpieces and red touches everywhere!!! eeeh amazing! I want that!
I think it will be on June 27th but not 100% sure yet. It's called the Buddhist Zen Bride. I will be sure to update the hive ;-)

@Jessica22580 - You totally need to write a recap after the episode airs and share with us everything about the experience from your own eyes. I'd love to hear about being cast, your thoughts throughout and how you felt with the final result :) Can't wait to watch!!!

I just recently started watching My Fair Wedding, and I love it! I missed the two new ones, but thanks to WEtv replaying the episodes and DVR I just set them up to record! :) And funny story, since I saw this post and decided to go set up the episdoes to record, I found one that I happened to see at work a couple weeks ago and was bummed because I wanted to record it. Yay DVR!

So, I never knew about this show until last week when my mom told me about it and I only watched like 1.5 episodes. The casino one and the african queen one. My thoughts on the show generally.... meh. I mean obviously, this guy puts on AMAZING and gorgeous weddings. But his budget is unlimited! I really didn't like how he made snarky comments and eyebrow gestures at these women for what they're picking when they DO have budgets. Yea okay maybe the cards and stuff weren't super classy... but whatever. When you're dealing with a low budget you do what you can with what you have. I just don't think its that challenging to pull off an incredible wedding for 100k. Show me what you can do with 10 or 20k and i'll be impressed.
I love David! I have applied to be one of his Dallas brides!
I am SO hopeful I will be hearing from him! 
Maybe in the next two weeks!!!!

@jessica- I just set my dvr for your episode! I don't typically watch the show, but I have seen it in the past. I'll be totally interested to hear what you think about how they edit it all together after you see it. I always wonder what the people on these shows think about the way they turn out.
I ADORE David, I always have long before his show. I was so lucky to meet him a few weeks ago briefly at a bridal event here in NYC. My camera wasn't working properly, sadly the girl who took our pix with him never sent it to us. :(
I totally watched it and didn't know it was you! I loved how he was all confused about why he was there since you had it all figured out!

Wow... the website is AWESOME! My BF and I are ADDICTED to the show, and I thought yours came together and was so MUCH FUN!
I think we'll be auditioning too... but I have to be engaged first... meaning I have to tell him what ring style I want, hahaha!
