I love it too. I looked into applying, but they only do weddings in the tri-state area, and we are on the other side of the country! He just has such good ideas for so many things.
@futuremrsreed - i agree! david tutera recently designed the packages for WDW weddings as well and it would just be so neat to be able to "see things" like he does for a day!

Oh I love this show!! Our wedding planner knows him and said he is so nice!! The weddings he does for Disney start at almost $30,000!!!

It is a ritual for my FI and I to watch this show every Sunday night!
I LOVE this show...I loved last night's episode where the bride had candy for everything...LOL. David said that he thought he was being punk'ed...LOL. The bride even had bouquets made out of candy....

I love the show too, because everything David does is so gorgeous. Although sometimes I feel he's a little rude in rejecting the girl's ideas....sure, they're kinda out there ideas (like the candy one), but still, he could be a bit nicer, it's obviously something that means a lot to the girls. But the end result is always beautiful, even though I'm way to much of a control freak to let someone else pick my dress, hair, makeup, etc!
True, I would totally freak out if the first time i see my dress in on the day of!
Yes! I LOVE David's face when the bride shows him something super chintzy and he is just like "oh...ok". You can see him physically trying not to strangle her.
He does do amazing things, but I wouldn't want to be on his show because it's totally focused on the bride. I am very adamant explaining to people that this belongs to both of us, not just me.
Haha, so the other night, I was watching Access Hollywood and they featured a melt down of this girl that refused to wear makeup and David Tutera had to bust out his "TRUST ME!" powers! Yeah, David!!
David DeTooty...that's what my FI calls him. We love DeTooty :)
I love this show too! If any of you have Comcast, they have some of the episodes onDemand as well :)

Gosh I LOVE this show, he does such beautiful work! I'm watching the episode with the Candy-themed wedding :)
Tell me why, though, he didn't work on fixing the groom's gold tooth in the front of his mouth!?!?!
