I guess the grass is always greener on the other side because I would love ANY involvement from my FI!! I'd prefer tons of help vs none! Blah.

He thinks planning a wedding takes no effort at all & that I'm being dramatic lol. The most thought he's put into our wedding day was our wedding bands. He found inspiration photos online & emailed me them. My jaw was on the floor!! Some days I swear he forgets that there even is a wedding happening next summer.. lol

LOL..well, here's my story..... I love watching TLC and all the wedding shows. I think I allowed him to watch way too much with me, because now he wants to negate alot of what I say. I am a perfectionist and I love planning things. I told him that I would love for him to be involved, because he never liked when the men "couldn't participate" on tv. He said ok, but then became aware that he was out of his "zone" and said that he'd let me have it forthe most part and work on finding us a house. I said okay deal. Now, everytime I bring something new to him...he has something to say and I don't waqnt it ruined. How far do I let him have input and on what things? Ex. The Groosmen are wearing ivory tuxes, but he thinks that it's ok for the Ushers to wear black suits!!

lol I have the exact opposite problem!  I have to ask him like 6 times to do something! ughhzz.. although, I think I'd rather him not want to help versus him wanting to help with every little thing.
