@divergirl: The one bachelor party my FI went to was great (and it'll be mostly the same guys who plan his).
They all went and rented a cabin for a long weekend and went to Cedar Point (the amusement park).
They got themselves silly drunk, but most of their actives were Frisbee and the amusement park. I'm happy to have that sort of "theme" going for my FI's bachelor party.
My FI is going to be golfing and then hanging at Dave & Buster's with the guys. It was totally his idea, and I love it.
DH went to the Bahamas for the week. They rented scooters and toured around for a couple days. They went jet skiing a lot (this was their "crazy" part where they wore their birthday suits 
). They went bowling. They made friends with the locals, apparently we have some coming up to learn to snowboard! LOL! DH's brother organized the whole thing and it sounds like the had a great time and lots of male bonding, nothing crazy, just fun. I'm happy they had such a good time!

After reading all the horror bachelor parties I've decided that my FH's best man is the absolute BEST!
Here is what he is planning instead of a night of strip clubs and bar hopping:
He is going to plan a camping trip with all of FH's best guy pals. I'm sure there will be drinking around the campfire, as long as they're responsible that's fine. But I know FH will love it because he's so into the outdoors. I just love this idea because it's so nontraditional and so FH!
So ladies if you know who the best man is encourage them to think outside the box when planning the bachelor party! Bees who have had FI have a different type of bachelor party please feel free to add!
