Finally done! It was exhausting work, for 40 invites, I couldn’t imagine doing more than 40. We did it in stages we started yesterday and finished today. It wasn’t done nonstop, we did an hour last night and about 4-5 hours today. We gave ourselves plenty of time, let envelopes dry, let glue dry, and just took our time. We just had to be done by today because I need to mail them tomorrow. I ordered 50 of everything to allow for mistakes. The invites themselves were purchased from Wedding Paper Divas and the paper supplies and inserts from Cards & Pockets which they printed. I used Azalea pocketfolds and had them print on Aquamarine paper with matching bellyband and mailing envelope. The sand dollar and the starfish color is Sand. Calligraphy stamp is from ForYoo on Etsy, glue and embossing powder from Michaels. Inserts were created using Adobe Illustrator with the help of my one of my friends.
We mounted the invite straight onto the pocket fold, and we glued the cut-out starfish over the inserts. That was made from a sample of the Sand pocket fold I ordered before. I didn’t even let the sample go to waste!!
Yes I also know everyone says it should be Accommodation not plural but I mentioned other hotel info on my card plus I liked how it looked. I doubt any of my guests have seen it any differently.
I think I got everything! Here are pics, I had to blur some stuff out but they look so pretty in person. Not bad for my FIRST DIY project!!

The embossing part. Container for the extra powder, wet napkin to wipe off extra ink, aluminum foil to use the heat gun so my tarp wouldn’t melt.
The RSVP card
Front side of the RSVP card with the awesome Aloha stamp and embossed address. I also numbered my RSVP cards. Don’t really care if the guests see the number. I’ll consider it a bonus if they pay THAT much attention!

Ready for the bellyband!
In the box ready to be stuffed, sealed and shipped!
Thanks for reading this far. I couldn’t have even thought to embark on this journey without the help and encouragement of the Bees! You guys ROCK!!!
