Weddingbee boards

So, today I went for a hair trial, and I came with the idea of having this for my number one pick:

And then I also chose another hairstyle that has a regular curled bun with a few little braids across the crown. Think Pride and Prejudice with Keira Knightly's ball hairstyle. 

Anyway, my hairdresser said that she could make it happen, so I was so happy. I went in, and she got to work with braiding my hair. Then all of a sudden, she tells me that my hair is too long and that she can't do it the way it is in the picture and that it will have more of a bun. I say that's fine.

But then seconds later she stops, and takes out all of the braids, and tells me that maybe I should step out of the box and try a style that she feels I would like. I'm upset, but I say fine. 

And what she puts on my head is a mess of curls that fall out even then, she completely disregarded both of my ideas, and did a horrible job. I couldn't even take a picture of my style because it fell out by the time that I got home. She was even supposed to do my makeup, but now I feel she won't even be able to do that!

Let's just say that I'm really upset, and I hope another hairdresser would be able to give me the hairstyle that I want.

Have you had a bad experience with a hairdresser or makeup artist?

I know! I'm glad I decided  to have a trial this early! Oh well, I'm going to find someone that will try to make me happy. =] I just didn't think it would be that bad. lol

I didn't have to pay her! lol. I'm so glad I didn't too. =]
