I didnt actually think i was very creative, and im not really, but i am ok at copying other peoples awesome ideas. so i guess this wedding thing has really brought out a lot of DIY that i didnt know was in me.
i was going to do crackle paint over the top but it was too expensive and i think it looks pretty good without it.
so i now reveal my first completed project:

@crystalrae: it only took one night. i painted all of the wooden cut outs, dried them with the hairdryer. stuck them on with a hot glue gun and also did the paper flowers at the same time!. it would have taken longer if i made the flowers but i purchased these on etsy prior to use for something else.

Love these! I saw a picture on pinterest of very similar letters in front of the bride and groom at their sweetheart table and I loved it.

@Britt_RN: it was so easy britt i supprised myself, hence the look at what i did post LOL. you should do it too. i got everything at the local $2 shop, i dont know if you have these in the states where you live, but all items were super cheap!
