I love the purple and I Love love LOVE that cake with the butterflies!!!
one of my MOH's would looooooove this because she loves purple.
I like it as well, it's consistent like with the theme, it's not just a bunch of stuff in one color, it's all very whimsical with the paper lanterns and butterflies. Very nice. :)
I LOVE purple, black, and white together. Those are our colors and I don't think it'll be too dark at all! Great job.
I love the pop of color that purple adds to black and white! I did mainly black and white, and then accented with purple and red flowers (varying shades), so I may be a bit biased:)

I signed up with Polyvore and finally took a stab at putting my inspiration board together. FMIL thinks a purple, black & white wedding will be too dark, but I think this proves my point that it will be kick ass. I showed it to my mom and she liked it :D
I'm going with a butterfly theme of sorts. The shoes and dresses are ones I like, but nothing I'm sold on yet (I might want a short dress, ala Mrs. Candy Corn). Mrs. Cheese even made a guest appearance because I loved her birdcage veil, hehe.
