Aw, reminds me when I made a stupid statement about how my BF could find me a house if he were getting his realtor's license. He looked at me like, WTF, and then very sadly asked if I didn't see a future with him.
Yeah he may have taken it the wrong way. Maybe you could give him a little reassurance in person when you see him?

Unintentionally and completely without knowing, I did something to really hurt the Boy. He's a very sensitive creature and I know exactly what I did and why he reacted the way he did although, truth be told, I think he's making more out of it than he should.
Long story short, in trying to make him feel better I sent him a text that said, "I think you should just marry me, so you'll be reassured that I always want to be with you. :~P"
Of course, I've gotten no reply text, but hopefully that makes him smile and realize he's having "a moment."
