I don't have much flower knowledge, either. Maybe the pink round things are thistle? Whatever they are, they're fake!
It looks very pretty! And I never would have guessed that some of them are fake!

I'm planning on a practice round of DIY flowers too, I really need to get on that!!

Here are some pics of my first practice bouquet. I used a mix of real and fake flowers and discovered that without wirecutters, it is nearly impossible to trim the stems of fake flowers. I plan on using real flowers for the actual wedding day, but I'm not sure what yet. Dahlias, mini callas, roses, and billy buttons, perhaps? I think I want my actual bouquet to be a little, but not too much, bigger.
Any advice?
