How is the venue going to be like for your DW? will it be on the beach? indoors? golf course? that would help find a dress that would work best with your venue..

From the dresses you have posted i think the second one is most flattering.. 🙂

Yay for Vancouver :p I wish I had gone to all those bridal stores on Hastings. SO MANY of them!

Of the dresses you posted, I like the second one the best 🙂

Out of all of these, the ones I like the best on you are 2 and 3 of the David’s Bridal dresses. I don’t think the 2 dresses from Tiffany’s Bridal are as nice.

@danielleow:  First one.

I sort of like the last one as well as your mom’s favorite.

No to the lace–it is nothing special. No to #2 but that may be becuase I intentesly dislike satin. That 3rd one is just too busy.

If I were having a beach wedding I’d want to make sure that I could stroll comfortably in my dress, with shoes off, on the beach. I’d want to have some fun that would possibly be captured in photos. I think of beach weddings as being joyful, casual, lots of free movement, not stiff scripted formal stuff.

These tight mermaid dresses: can you move freely in them? It’s one thing to stand stiffly in front of a camera and pose in them, it’s another thing to be active in them.  Just something to consider.

Hurrah Vancouver! Lots of choices:) You are so pretty with such a great figure, but I’m with vmec – none are really screaming “that’s perfect for you!” to me? If you come back to Van, I had the best experience in Isabelle’s Bridal in North Van- average price of dress was under $1500 and quality was really good:) Please post updates on if you bought a dress!!

@little_d:  did you end up getting your dress from Isabelle’s ? If so, how long did it take for your dress to come in? I ordered mine in October, and I’m anxious to get it!
