Alright folks, it is ME again!
Just wondering if anyone wanted to be weight loss buddies (I'm planning on getting down to a nice toned 115lbs!). I've not been able to start it until now because I was getting everything sorted for med school entrance exams and yadda yadda yadda...
I went home, ate SO much rubbish, and I have gained 5lbs! :( Not very good for me.
I've bought some ECA stacks, I've gotten an exercise plan worked out (cardio 5-6 days a week, strength only 2-3 days a week). My eating plan will be high protein, low carbs, and little and often. I'm now 135lbs (WAAAH). I want to be down to 115lbs.

I'd like to do it with some people because I don't want to do it by myself. I need MOTIVATION! Haha
I'll provide measurements when I can be bothered. But for now, just add me/stick your name here, and we can all motivate each other!

Oh my goodness, yay for myfitnesspal! I'm on there and I just started yesterday (although I had the app for a while - now I am sticking to it!)

how does the friending work on there? you can see your friends progess and food journals too?
@pinkshoes: You can see their progress, you can comment on their updates about working out or making their daily goals, etc, but you can only see their food diaries if they open it to be viewed by friends.
I'm getting back into it, I've been able to drop 5 lbs using MFP! thegoogler88 find me :)

I'm on there too! mls918. I previously lost about 12 lbs, dropped off for a while & now back at it. Lost 5 lbs in the past two weeks with just diet & drinking strictly water (plus my morning coffee).

I'm trying to lose another 10-13 pounds in addition to the 16 I've lost already since Christmas. Tracking what I eat and my workouts is a big help. Right now I'm in a workout slump because I've been sick. I'm hoping to feel well enough to start running and working out again by the weekend.

I was wondering if any of y'all know if my fitness pal creates a program to help you maintain? I have about 4 more lbs to lose and then I'd like to work to maintain that weight, especially since I'm not getting married until May 2013.I knowit will help you to gain weight as my fiance is currently using it to do that.
I wonder if I put in my weight when I reach my goal and put that same # in as my goal weight if the calories and all that they say you should eat would help me to maintain.
