My flowers are stuck in customs!

I went the DIY route. i ordered from 3 companies. I got the deliveries form 2 of the compaines on time, looking good. The 3rd is stuck in customs and it is looking like I proably won't get them in time. I am so upset. mI am not really sure what to do at this point. i have gone to a couple of flowerplaces to see what I can grab in the morning if I need to before we leave:(

Argh, what a pain! Is there any way you can get in touch with someone in customs? I'm not sure how that works ,but maybe if you could get someone on the phone and explain? are they stuck in customs in the US, or elsewhere?

I'm sorry to hear this, I know how you feel, my dress is stuck in customs.Try not to stress too much though, everything will work out in the end.

They are suppose to be in Miami, they said if they get through customs tonight they should be here in the morning. I think it is dunny that the only company I had trouble with this entire time, their flowers got stuck in customs. I will not have a nice opinion about them.
