Um, sorry to say but he does not deserve to marry her if he’s worried she’ll “get fat.” That’s really insensitive…tell your buddy he needs to grow up a little bit. Even if it’s just an excuse, it’s a sign of immaturity. =/

As another guy, I find this depressing.  The guy most certainly does not deserve to marry someone wonderful like that.

Some men just have no class.

@the88n: That’s disgusting. I am also too angry to comment.

Ouch. If I was his gf and found that out, I’d dump his butt. Seriously, he’s sounds like a complete jerk. If his love is conditional on the size of her jeans, I don’t think a marriage would last. I don’t even know what else to say about that situation.

Come on let’s not get angry. He’s either trollin or his friend is an idiot. Nothing to get upset over.

@MissShork:  It could also lead to intimacy problems on his part.  He’s a low life.

I agree with the other posters. If he has that mindset, he doesn’t deserver her. She has stuck by him for 4+ years. I think she should be told how he thinks, so she can break up with him and find someone else that will appreciate her for who she it. Everyone gains weight when they get older, even guys. In my opinion, he is not worth the effort of any type of relationship.

I’d suggest telling his girlfriend…she should probably know.

How fat does he expect her to get?
