Etiquette Snob here…

Lol, hon you get a big ole GOLD STAR for this from me.

A great example of exactly what Bridal Party Thank You Gifts should look like… wonderful opportunities to honour & share with those you love the most and have stood by you on such an important occasion.

You have obviously put a lot of thought & consideration into this…

LOVE – LOVE – LOVE … every.one.of.them.

I think that’s really nice if you can spend that much on your girls.

I agree that generally it’s not a “gift” if it’s something that the bride requires you to have for the wedding.  The thought of that always makes me cringe.

I think that bridesmaids should get gifts that are meant for their enjoyment and pleasure, and it’s possible to within a range of budgets.

For my sister’s bridesmaids, there will be some required items that she’ll give: jewelry and dressing robes.

As their gifts, she’ll give them little bags with cosmetic items and gift cards to their (respective) favorite stores.

You keep saying “around here”- where are you from?

one other thing!!….

Love all the gift ideas… sound amazing and expensive!!  So would you be willing to do this for your MOH if she had not done much for the wedding?  I am curious because I have been having issues with mine  🙁

Those sound awesome! I’m also of the tribe that anything used on the wedding day doesn’t count as a gift. And I’m a big fan of personalized gifts as opposed to everyone getting the same thing!

Mine aren’t nearly as nice or expensive as yours, but they are individualized and non-wedding related!

Sounds wonderful!  I’m trying to do the individualized gifts as well- I can’t go quite as all out as you have (that weekend at a vinyard sounds amazing….), but I want to give my girls things they will actually use and like, not something they need for the wedding day.  I admit most of my gifts are still jewelry, but they are all different things and I’m trying to put a lot of thought into each.  My favorite one so far (I haven’t found all my gifts yet) is a pair of pinwheel earrings- on of my girls is getting married next year and is carrying pinwheels instead of flowers.  I found custom enamled pinwheels that I’m having made in her wedding colors. I hope they come out well!

Debating what I want to do for them day of- they aren’t really personalized hangers/monogrammed robe kinda girls….
