There are so many posts out there bitching about BMs and such that I wanted to send a shout-out to my GREAT girls!!!!!

So I am pretty much the anti-bride when it comes to my girls - they ask me specific questions and my answer is always - "I don't care what ever you want!"

    For example:

Dresses - Whatever they want - I am just choosing the colour and fabric

Shoes - Whatever shoe they want in white or silver

Hair & Make-up - Whatever you want - get it professionally done or do it yourself

Responsibilities - Be my sounding bored through the planning and share my day with me

So I wanted to book my salon (they book up really early) and so I had to find out who wanted to get their hair done - I wrote them all a facebook stating that I did not care what they wanted to do but needed to know! They all wrote back saying that they wanted to get their hair done to have a fun morning together!

I felt so honoured and loved!!! I love them!!!!!!

So I have a question for the hive - How does my morning timeline look?

    9:30-11:30 - Hair

    11:30-2:30 - Make-up, Lunch and Getting Ready

2:30 - Photographer shows up for 'Getting Ready Pics"

Also - if anyone wants to do a shout-out about why you love your BMs please do!

Awwww, I love my girls, too.  All my BMs opted to get their hair done the morning of the wedding (professional makeup was part of my gift to them).  And my bridal attendants (think female usherettes) asked to wear matching dresses after they agreed to be part of the wedding.  They all looked beautiful, and I am sitting at the edge of my seat awaiting our pro pics!

My BMs are also fan-freaking-tastic :) I'm in Pittsburgh, and my BMs are in DC, Orlando (MOH), and Minneapolis. I'm trying to get at least some of them together to do a dress-shopping trip. Today, my MOH called me to let me know that she has a 3-day weekend in early November. (And this was after she called me to let me know that she looked up MOH responsibilities on TheKnot and has started a binder with wedding stuff! :) ) When I called the DC-based BM to ask what she was doing on the aforementioned weekend, she replied "Coming to Pittsburgh?!?!!!" All of them - they're awesome.

As for your timeline - I'm not sure how many people are getting their hair done, but you might want to verify how many stylists will be available, and make sure that's enough time!

@ Redherring - I love that your MOH looked up responsibilities - AWE!!!!

    - The salon gives each girl their own stylist and they said that it would take 2 hours! Sorry I should've mentioned that!

I have the same loose requirements for my 'maids and they are amazing as well. I asked if they would have their dresses ordered by my birthday (I needed a random deadline) and they had it done a month before-hand! (:

I also have very loose requirements for my bridesmaids and there has been NO DRAMA! I love them all so much though, I couldn't really stay mad at them, even if there was.

I love my BMs too! They have offered to help millions of times and like Miss Beagle, I'm trying to learn to take them up on it! They have been so supportive and not complained about a thing! Love them!!
