Bees, my GMAT test is today. Im somewhat prepared, but scared that when I get into the exam, it will be 1000% different from the books and sample exams. And based on my trials, I did good, but I”m scard that I’ll freak during the test and not get a single question right.
For those of you who don’t know, this is essentially the SAT’s to get into grad school for my MBA.
I will be at my exam in 3h45m. Need to do a final study.

Good luck! Keep us posted on how it goes.
I’m quasi-studying for it right now. I really need to buckle down and study. Maybe I should schedule a test date so I have to study.

Good luck! It’s not totally different than the tests and practice exams at all, but it’s in a different, more pressure-filled environment, so that changed things for me. I’m sure you’ll do great, just watch the clock!

Good luck. Get there plenty early, be nice to the proctor.
The white board and eraser are strange for the real test, be prepared.
Don’t let the essays take too much out of you.
No deep study now, check out a few math formulas like 45-45-90 and 30-60-90 triangles.
Test your answer before moving on.
Most importantly, make sure you answer what they ask.

Good luck! Just remember that its supposed to be hard. I freaked out after my math section because every question seemed impossible but that just meant I was getting them right.

Good luck! I took the GRE & I am going to a big ten school. I really don’t think my scores were good at all, but even the people at the school told me it’s the least thing they consider when looking at admissions. My undergrad GPA was high (3.8) and my letters were good. Even the lady at the testing center was like “I wouldn’t worry about it, they just want to see you took the test.”
So try not to be too hard on yourself… you will do great!

Thanks everyone! I just took my final prelim, and came in at 600, my previous scores were 560 and 590, so I’m cautiously optomistic. My undergrad GPA was 3.69, and I have a degree in accounting and business administration, and aced my interview, so this is only the last step.
Shower, food and then the exam. I’m thinking a stop at Subway will be good today.

Ooh good luck. I worried way more than I should have about it when I took it – I did better on the actual test than I did in all the practice exams! I ended up with a 636 I think? Somewhere around there. And my undergrad GPA was lower than yours with the same double concentration! :p Good luck, you’ll do great!
