Whew. I really wanted to post this because I wished more people had them out there when I was making mine. I did a fill in the blank guest book with a place for a photo or drawing. I like it even better than I thought, so I'm giving it away. It is 8.5 x 11 meant to be cut down (after you cut off the instructions, and then I will bind them...likely through blurb. The instrictions are pretty specific to our wedding, but if you wanted to cut that part off, like at Kinkos, then you could use them at your wedding right now.
It is front and back. I did it inInDesign and I have the PDF. The pictures are in flickr is you just want jpegs. Email me is you wan the PDF. If someone has a way to make this more generic, I will make a basic one, just running out of time for that at T-minus 6 days.
