Oh man, do not even get me started about how much I love/hate my hair.

Usually I keep it short. Pixie cuts & 1920`s inspired curls I am all for.  Humidity induced frizz.. not so much.

I toss it back into a clip or messy bun more often than not so I don`t have to deal with the god-awful unruliness.

Would a good trim help?  I’ve always had longish hair (usually just below my shoulders), and recently just let it grow super, super long (to mid-back).  When my hair is super long it’s hard to style, ther’es more breakage, and the overall effect is that my hair is more straggly and unkempt.  It looked terrible, so I chopped off about four inches and guess what? NO ONE NOTICED! I think there comes a point when long hair is just long hair, and it’s not worth driving yourself crazy over a few inches.

I am growing my hair out too and it is long!

I just throw it up in a clip everyday but I find it annoying while sleeping – it just gets everywhere!

Oh I know exactly what you are going through!  If you got a trim – only took off the split ends so an inch or two, and possibly got it textured a bit to lighten your hair up (so it isn’t so thick and heavy feeling)…it will look better and be MUCH easier to style, but you will still have the length you want!

I’ve always had short hair and am growing it out too.  I debate everyday whether or not I should chop it off and be a short hair bride.  I am counting down the days to my PWC.
