Wow, I think your hair looks beautiful! And I personally LOVE the feather accent. I don't think it takes away from the hair, I think it adds an elegant touch. You look gorgeous!
I love the hairstyle but my jury is out on the feather headpiece...I don't know if it's necessary-the style is so classic and romantic!

Thanks Ladies! I love the feather, it's a custom designed Sara Gabriel so I really want to wear it but I just don't know if it takes away from the hair, as Miss Bravo said. I'll probably wear it anyway though since I love it so much!

As for the feather, I agree! its perfect!
Love your hair! I know I'm in the minority, but personally, the feather headpiece doesn't do much for me. I think it covers up your gorgeous hair!

Wear it! I think your hair alone looks beautiful, but the flutter of the little feathers just adds a little more flourish! It looks great! It's a special day, wear a little something special in your hair :)

@baffled111- Aww, thanks!! I'm honored!! The inspiration pics I brought to my hairdresser were from this past Fall or Winter's issue of In Style Weddings, one was of Evangeline Lilly and the other was I believe of Kristin Cavallari. If you have those issues you might be able to find it! My hairdresser did a pretty good job of replicating them.

You look lovely! I love your hair, its just gorgeous! Probably one of the nicest updo's I've seen in awhile. However (I'm one of the odd bee's out) I think that the feather takes away from your hairstyle.
Maybe if I knew what your dress looked like I'd feel differently, but your hair just looks so stunning on its own!

AH you're gorgeous!! :) I think the feather is awesome-the look is also great alone...I think this one depends mostly on the style of your dress and wedding.

I LOVE your hair - i also love it with the feather (although I fully admit I'm partial b/c I wore feathers in my hair for our wedding). Perhaps wear the veil for the ceremony, and then change to just the feather for the party?

K, I got my hair trial this weekend and for once I actually really liked it (I've done 3 before and hated them!!) My only concern is if the feather headpiece takes away from the style. I really want to wear it but I'm not sure?? What do you think?
