They went outside to smoke, and I guess hubby was telling them about how we're going to clean out our flower beds and plant some stuff, and when I went outside his mom and dad were pulling out piles of weeds!
They know a lot about gardening (he and I are 'learning' - he knows more than I do though) and so they were showing and teaching us what to pull out and what to leave, etc. We all started working on it, and within 45 minutes the entire flower bed was clean! :)
It looks so great! It was really wonderful of them to help us and very much improved the appearance of our yard. They're so nice - I just wanted to brag on them :)
