here's the paper's used
They're all metalic, but you can't really tell in the picture. The white is a brushed metalic paper.
My opinion? Yes, it is too informal. But what do I know?! I've only received two wedding invitations in my life.
I think it is an informal invitation and looks like your holding a dog maybe? But I think any formal invitation wouldn't have a picture on it. Whether its too informal has to do with your overall wedding feel. I don't think all weddings need a formal invitation - it has to do with the event. Based on the invitation I'd think you were having a laid back but fun, casual, outdoor wedding, and dress would be semi formal. How's that sound?
