I just wanted to share my invitations with everyone. They were not 100% DIY (I had them printed and cut) but I did put together all the layers, tabs, starfish, twine, etc. The entire thing took probably a total of 15-16 hours (2-3 hours at a time putting them together while watching tv) and over 450 feet of double stick tape!!
I dont have a super good camera so the color is a little off, the blue is actually a teal/turquoise color; "tartan" from Envelopements.
Im so excited, they finally go out on Saturday!!! I even put a pic of the huge box I am taking with me to the post office 🙂

Thank you! It was a huge relief, I carried the box out to the kitchen table, put it down and said "IM DONNNNEEEE!!!!" Ill be even more relieved when they are taken to the Post Office tomorrow and then when I hear they made it to our guests ok. We did two trial mails because the first one to my parents address came all ripped open 🙁 But the 2nd one made it just fine to my friend so we had the unfortunate luck of a bad trial that freaked me out 🙂
