Well you have something I didn’t have when I was planning and that was Pinterest!  I didn’t know about it just one year ago.  God you could go wild on there!  I also thought of getting married in the winter, but chickened out and went to summer.  I wish I could be of more help but Pinterest is so freaking cool!  Have fun planning!

I made a winter Thumbprint tree ( above) and I am having blue finger prints so its like snow? I guess or ice I d.k it  just matches our colors (blue purple and silver) its a fall wedding but Fi wanted winter so we are making a wintery feel- in the fall haha- its unique I guess

@alishaloo:  Oooh, I love the idea of a cotton candy tree!

I LOVE the idea of a winter wedding: I think there’s so many things you can do to make it elegant and traditional but still fun and not stuffy at all!

Like a hot chocolate bar, so fun and not too expensive (could work as a favor with little bags to bring home their custom hot chocolate mix in):

 

White tree centerpieces and decorations instead of flowers:

And lots of candles:

And maybe a silver and white color scheme:

 

Good luck: I’m sure it’ll be a fun but still very elegant affair!!
