@techie: I probably should have specified a few things. The tuxes will be black or charcoal so brown is out. Also, our wedding is in September if that helps... Thank you for the reply!
I think these are the ones that you said didn't come in large enough sizes--I know for a fact that Alfred Angelo has a gown very similar to the one on the right in the above picture--and in a burnt orange color like you are looking for! Check them out =)

i bet the platinum would be beautiful; i could be just bias since my girls are wearing charcoal. =)
why not just a slightly different purple - the lavender, lilac, aubergine or eggplant?
@PrincessNali: The dresses were originally around $189 but were on sale for $170 or something like that. Kind of expensive but I am letting them wear whatever flats/heels they want which saves a lot!
@CupCakeMeg: I would love to use a charcoal color but the dress doesn't come in anything darker than the silver (which I need to go see the color swatch again to see how dark it is). The Impression website shows the color swatches but the are WAY different looking in person.

I am having a difficult time visualizing my wedding colors and also could use help deciding on an accent color. Here is a picture of my bridesmaid's dress (the one on the right):
The bridesmaids will be wearing this Impression Bridal gown (pictured above) in what they call "purple", material is taffeta. I am having two "usherettes" who I would like to also wear this dress but in a different color. Having a hard time deciding which color they should wear.
