Feeling very anxious, excited and a little stressed all rolled into one. Just did our engagement photos which now made me SO excited but the checklist is still really long. Thanks for the tip on the hair flowers too. I'm still trying to decide on flower, veil, SHOES(?!) and keep thinking I have loads of time. :) Good luck though ladies! Here's hoping those April showers really do bring us all May flowers and sunshine!
I have my first dress fitting this weekend and I'm super nervous and sick thinking about it...I had planned on losing more weight and really haven't lost but a few pounds now I'm scared to death I'm going to look like a whale!! lol seriously...I am so mad at myself for waiting till the last minute to try and get in shape!! On a good note, my shower is coming up April 17th and I'm excited about that! I can't believe we are almost there ladies!!! Crazy!
April 25th is our wedding shower at our church and then a little over a week after that we get married! I am so excited because it is getting so close! Yesterday we met at the venue and finalized our centerpieces. all FREE mind you! and then we also planned the event and timing and so our event coordinator is going to send us a schedule any day now. woohoo!
as for my dress it is now in its final alterations and ready to go after friday.
I also found out that I will be getting extensions! My aunt and uncle are hair stylists and agreed to gift me hair extensions for the big day! :))
I'm SO anxious! I go to bed thinking about what I need to do, I wake up thinking about what I need to do! This is getting ridiculous! LOL! Yes, it's close, but 9 weeks seems so far away! I like to say 9 weeks, instead of 2 months, because I have so much to do!
I'm more excited than anxious! I think I've gotten everything covered other than my hair trials. It's so crazy to think I now have 47 days to go and I used to think it would never get here!
Reese- ahhh 47! Seeing that number makes it sounds even closer!! so exciting!
i still have menus, programs, favors, seating arrangements, escort cards, a little thank you sign for gift table...
hair trial, finalizing centerpieces, dress fittings, ordering my veil... AHH! so much to do!! i'm going to be going wedding crazy in a couple of weeks here....
2 months to go for us! Eeeekkk! My to do list just keeps getting longer and longer as I think of the little details that need to be taken care of....we will get this done and have beautiful weddings ladies!
Its only 68 days until the big day! To me, it seems closer when I think of it in days, rather than weeks...and I wish it was next weekend! Like many of you ladies, I am excited rather than nervous, but I'm also anxious about the last minute details. We have all of the big things taken care of...we are meticulous planners...but I feel that the details might just drive us all nuts!
On a positive note, the wedding nightmares have subsided for a while. That is definitely a nice feeling :) My shower was 2 weeks ago, the bachelorette/bachelor party will be the weekend before the wedding, my dress fitting is this weekend, and after that, I think it's smooth sailing until the week of the wedding!
