Just thought I’d share some photos of my moissaniteco e-ring in case anyone was wondering how these rings look in real life, or if anyone’s feeling sketchy about buying online.
I have the Cressida design in 14K yellow gold with a 7.5mm / 1.5ct unenhanced moissanite and I adore it. Photos really don’t do the ring justice — it’s so sparkly and I think the color of the stone looks fabulous with the yellow gold. The setting is simple and delicate but I just LOVE the little details: the leaf motif on the sides, the subtle heart cutouts in the basket. I get tons of compliments on it.
I don’t know why these antique rings aren’t more popular. They’re a really great value (mine was only $850!!), probably because they’re antique reproduction so the settings are more delicate and use less gold. But that’s totally the look I was going for; the look I just couldn’t find in a modern ring. So if you’ve been eyeballing any of these moissaniteco rings, hopefully this helped you a bit in your decision.
And I’d love to see any other moissanite rings, whether they’re from moissaniteco or not!

Beautiful ring! Oh I have been so obsessed with one of their antique reproduction ring designs, paloma. I’ve almost pulled the trigger multiple times but I never quite do it. I feel like I should wait until I decide on my forever stone before getting another ering which is what she would be since I love that design so much. Your pictures are making the decision even harder.

NovaRising: I just looked up Paloma and it looks so gorgeous. I have to admit that in the weeks leading up to my engagement (which was a total surprise), I would watch those little videos they have on the website over and over again 🙂

Congratulations! It is beautiful!
I just recieved my antique reproduction ring from MoissyCo this morning too! I have the Adalia in yellow gold with an 8mm FB OEC. It is to die for. Like you I think the yellow gold is just beautiful.
Here’s my precious 🙂

leahloughran: Wow, that IS really pretty! I’ve seen that similar design (leaf motif on the side, not sure what you call it) and have loooved it! I just got mine from Schubach’s, also has a vintage feel. Love me some vintage!

ljbentley: It is so pretty! I especially love how you chose yellow gold. I have a size 4 ring size so I think it might look too flashy on my finger. Wish the setting fit smaller stones. 🙁

What size ring do you wear? I’m torn between the 7.5mm or the 8mm stone. I wear a size 9-9.5 ring, and I can’t decide which would give the best finger coverage.
PS, I’m thinking about getting it in rose gold because I can’t resist it <img src=

Drool!! I love these antique rings! I already ordered my ring or else I’d be all over the first one on here….
