I'm just posting to share, thought it was hilarious. Don't hate my neighbor :) Although I didn't think he had this good of a sense of humor before!!
We used to do this to my neighbours deer every year growing up. He would always put them back, and then we'd change them again a few days later. He never stopped putting those deer up, and I know he knew who was doing it, so I think he just thought it was funny.
Hahah this is what I see when I walk around the student neighbourhoods near my university's campus ;)
I would get a kick out of this if it was a 1 time thing that teenagers did overnight to mess with him. But the fact that he set it up intentionally this way is super inappropriate. How would you explain this to your child?
"Mommy, why does that deer have its head inbetween the other deer's legs?" How great....

Haha we used to do that for drum on Friday nights in random people's yards....oh to be young again;)
Very funny for us here, but much less funny if you have kids that live near there. :( Showing actual porn to a kid is considered molestation, I wonder what reindoor porn gets ya?
I love it. I have neighbors who have little light reindeer up and I wish they would do something like that around here.
The neighborhood is too hoity toity. I wish somebody would put up something like this -- I hate Christmas so it won't be me!

@BooRadley: I dunno, if I were a little kid and saw the latter one, I'd probably think nothing of it and just assume the display got messed up or something and the person was too lazy to fix it.
The first one is pretty obvious and probably doesn't need explaining...

It's probably kids doing it, not the neighbor.
Also, why is everyone going "THINK OF THE CHILDREN!" on this? Stuff like that completely goes over the heads of little kids. If a kid is old enough to figure it out, they go all "heheheheh" about it. No one was ever traumatized, scandalized, or psychologically damaged by toys in pseudosexual positions.

And I don't get the freak outs about children either...tell them the wind knocked it over. Big deal. And comparing it to showing them porn? Really? They are light up reindeer that do not actually have any sexual parts on them, people. Calm down. And for those comparinf it to what you would get for molestation...I was molested as a child. And that display still would have meant nothing to me. Nor do I approve of that display being compared to molestation. I don't think it was being said in a super serious manner, but it gets under my skin when people, even jokingly, try to compare something to molestation or rape when it is so clearly NOT.
@mchitt329: hahahaha! That's hilarious. I would be anxiously waiting each day to see what position those naughty reindeer come up with next! Standing on the lawn all day long must get pretty boring. Everyone who is concerned about the well-being of any children who may happen upon this PG13 reindeer display should lighten up a little (pardon the pun). Also....did anyone else notice these are both male deer? I don't think any baby deer will be produced from these "encounters" LOL
