Im a 100% greek girl and have the same skin! I dont wear any foundation just blush but still gets greasy.
What i found was this velvet skin coat ( not sure if its coat or somthing else)
Its from DHCcare.com about $21 per bottle and it lasts me about 6 months!
I put it on after lotion before my blush and it works great! and an added plus when you order you get to pick 3-4 free samples! i get 4 of the same so its like buying 1 product and getting 1 for free!
have you tried tea tree oil? I get really greasy around my nose area and that seems to help my makeup stay on really well. at trader joes you can get a face wash and pads, I use both.
try the oil blotter sheets. they're a temporary fix, but you can blot quickly and don't need a mirror to do it. they don't mess up your makeup either.
@mishelleez: Thanks so much! I am going to look into it.
@vistagirl: Thanks for the idea, but I used it once and broke out in hive..I think I am allergic. Any other ideas?
I have tried the oil blotter sheets and I love them, but I am trying to find something that might be better and work under my makeup. I was just at my brothers wedding this past weekend and used a ton of them. It was really hot in S.C. and I am afraid it will be just as hot or worse in Philly in August and I dont want to be constantly blotting and have creased eyeshadow

ok so I may have been blessed with dark Italian skin, but the olive oil running through it I wouldnt say is any type of luck. I have always had very oily skin and I get greasy within an hour of applying makeup. I have used mineral makeup for years since it seems to be worse when I use any type of liquid.
I had one makeup trial so far and she used a primer and waterproofer and sealer and all makeup that is supposed to last a lifetime, and everything was running off of my face within minutes! I know this sounds pretty gross, but I just cant bear to spend my wedding day glued to a mirror and pressed powder compact. Not to mention then having a caked on feeling with the amount of touchups I will have to do.
Does anyone out there have any suggestions on a product that I can use or a makeup that would be helpful in this situation? Anyone have the same problem? Someone suggested that I try airbrush makeup, but I feel like that will be just as bad
SUGGESTIONS?................
