It’s normal to be worried but both procedures are routine in most vet offices…especially neuters.
He’ll be groogy after surgery and experience some pain and general discomfort but they will give you medications and usually eye drops(for the eye) that will help take care of that.
He’ll be back on his feet in no time.

There is always some risk with any surgery, so it’s normal to be a little worried.  But don’t let it overwhelm you!  As the PP said, both are pretty routine surgeries with minimal risk, especially in a healthy pet.

I was super worried! But everything went fine:) when I went for pickup the next day they told me she would be groggy but she walked out happy as could be and without a cage! They might Bleed after neutering which the vet never warned me about..so when I saw that I freaked and called them. They told me its normal and to make sure she stays on her bed like the doctor ordered, oops!
