Thanks for the tip! I got a U of Michigan garter to surprise FI with.
Charisma, no problem. I wanted to share some good vendor news, since there is so often bad news on here about them.
They will love the surprise team garters, I think.

@charismaclassic: can you send me a photo of your U of M garter? The joke that the BF and I have is that he is more attracted to me when I wear Michigan sweats than he is when I'm in sexy lingerie, THAT'S how big of Michigan fan he is. He would LOVE that!

I think it was her I saw on a WB classifieds. I want to go with her once I figure out what to do for my garters! I want to get 2 different kinds, but I'm really not sure what to do!

@prncssdva-I'm not sure. I want to have a dolphins one to surprise him, but I'm kinda sad that I wouldn't get my colors. I know it's something that doesn't matter, so I'm not really sure what to do.
prncssdva-if I got 2 Miami Dolphins ones, a set. The 2 come in a set, I would get 2 Dolphins ones, one keepsake, one that goes with it. It would be fun to get one in my wedding colors, but I don't need 3 garters. Does that make sense?

Oh okay, pmerr....ask her if she can mix and match them or add the ribbon in the colors of your wedding, rather than the Dolphins. Or maybe even using the fabric the colors of your wedding and just adding a Dolphins' charm. She can do what you want.

Yeah. She said she would do 2 different ones. I just need to figure out what I want. :) That's a good idea...adding the Dolphins charm! I'll have to figure it out!! :)

She has shipped them already. I should get them in at least 5 days. I am so amped! I will post pics on a new thread when I get them.

I was told about a lady that makes a Tosser garter AND Keeper garter for only $20 (for both). I contacted her and she is finally done with them. She is such a sweetheart and really worked with me to give me exactly what I wanted. It was a project that I ended up not having to DIY and it was only $20!! I am so pleased and can't wait to get them in the mail.
FI and I both love the Memphis Grizzlies, so what better way to have a "Something Blue" and our team together as a surprise for when he goes under to get the garter? I asked her to make the Keeper special, with extra lace and white...like the home team. I also asked her to make the toss dark ...like the away team...get it? Well, she even went as far as adding a basketball on them and purchasing some Grizzlies' earrings to put on them as an added charm. I absolutely love them and wanted to share a successful story with everyone.
