Weddingbee boards

We loved the Stockton Inn and were so excited about having our wedding ceremony and reception here, but I was very disappointed and unhappy with the event planner here. She was not at all what we signed up for and treated us like second rate citizens. I know SHE does a million weddings a year, but she should make you feel like you're the only one that matters. She was also very difficult to get in touch with in the 2 weeks before the Wedding. Working with vendors you want your opinion to matter and feel like your vendor is looking forward to working with you. She was nasty not only to us on the day of the wedding but to my bridal party, my parents and some of my guests that got in her way to get what she wanted and in the end she was not totally honest about the bill. She charged the five children ages six and under that we had for cocktail hour. Most of the time, you feel like you are bothering the event planner here. She tries to be a wedding planner AND impose her own opinions and views. She does not know how to cater to the bride. Other than that, food was good. Watch out though - they are disorganized though. They forgot our desserts we ordered and gave us our cake topper broken plus some decorations were destroyed. They need to hire a new event planner. I don’t want other brides and grooms to get taken advantage of on there wedding day like we did.
