…because I left me e-ring at home today I was in a rush and I forgot to put it on this morning. Missing my sparkler!
How often do you ladies forget to put your ring(s) back on?
This is the first time it’s happened to me since I’ve been enaged (almost three months) – so I think I’m doing pretty well
I hope FI isn’t offended when he gets home to see the ring sitting on my dresser. Maybe he wont notice…

I hate when I leave my ring at home, I feel so naked!

Only once did I realize it but I was just outside my apartment door so I ran back in to get it!

I sleep with my ring on. The only time I take it off is to shower or put on lotions, hair products, etc. I usually leave my ring on the table right outside the shower or right next to where I’m using lotion, so I don’t generally forget to put it back on afterward.
That being said, I usually give myself a once-over whenever I leave the house to make sure I have wallet, keys, phone, watch, and ring. I occassionally realize I’ve forgotten to put it back on, but I don’t think I’ve ever left the house without it.

I forget at least once during the work week, and hardly put it on on the weekends- only if I am going “out” (i.e. not just to the gym, run errands, or random dinner/movie).

I’m good about putting my ring back on so I’ve yet to do this! I feel so naked without it as well. I only take it off if I’m cooking something messy, wash my hair, or when I put lotion on after a shower. I keep it in my ring dish on the bathroom counter so when I’m done getting ready, it’s right there for me to put back on. I think keeping a routine like that helps 🙂

I used to forget it all the time. Now I don’t take it off. If I do take it off to put lotion or hair products I immediately put it back on.

pixiefatale: I forget my wedding ring all the time. So does my husband. We NEVER wear them at home. Not only are we hard on our hands but the idea of cooking when wearing jewelry disgusts us both. Couple those habits with being a stay at home wife? It’s only natural that our rings get left in their dish. We don’t worry and it doesn’t bother either of us. We do joke. DH had some poison ivy on his hands for about 2 weeks so I told him not to wear the ring and exacerbate the rash. When he finally got to wear it to work again, he told me “yeh, that single life was rough man. Ladies just falling down infront of me. I’m ready to be married again.” I about died.

I could never forget it, it would be like forgetting to feed the cat, lol. It’s such a part of my routine to always know its whereabouts.
