There are a few bees on here whose rings look very similar to mine from the top, but not from the side.
Edit: By the way, your ring is GORGEOUSSS!
I have many ring twins because mine is a common round diamond in a 4-prong white gold solitaire setting. :)
@DutchBride21: I would be SHOCKED to find a ring like mine because although it was a normal ring from a shop, I took it to get lots of custom changes and I am piiiiiicky. I had the bezel removed, the center stone is held in by hidden prongs and I had the jeweler heighten the setting with extra stones....so I know I won't have an exact twin.
That said: I have a halo, and LOTS of people do....so there are lots of almost twins:)

I thought this would be fun to do. While browsing the Tiffany website I came across a pink diamond engagement ring that totally looks like my ring. My ring is a pink sapphire with a split shank while the Tiffany ring is a pink diamond. The Tiffany ring is also $710,000!!! They aren't exactly alike but I would have to say they are fraternal twins :P Have you come across any rings that could be your ring twin?
