I too will be wearing satin ballet sliippers! I bought them from a bridal store and also had a coupon so they were less than $20. Mine have some pretty embroidery over the toe area and a little bit of beading and pearls as well as a bow. I am diabetic and have had feet issues so my reasoning is also because of not being able to find comfortable shoes for my day. I also don't want to have to deal with the possibility of a foot infection from a blister or something. So, i'm glad to hear I am not the only one wearing slippers! At least you will be comfortable!
at least your feet will be comfy! no one will see whats on your feet and then youll be able to be on your feet all night.
I am going to be wearing ballet flats also!!!!!!
I'm thinking of wearing ballroom dancing shoes. They have sueded bottoms so they glide across the floor, and they can be very comfortable, since they're made to dance in.
I wore satin "bridal slippers," which were just decorated versions of what you have. I loved them--they were definitely comfortable!

Much to my mother's horror, yes, I am indeed, wearing bedroom shoes! LOL! They are the Isotoner Satin Ballet Slippers in ivory satin. Here is a link to the only picture I could find online at JcPenney, but I bought mine at Belk. They were $18, I had a 20% off coupon, so they ended up being much cheaper than that.

They are very comfortable. I couldn't find a budget friendly shoe that I liked that was comfortable, the right color-I originally wanted a kitten heel of some sort. Our pastor is short and I don't want to be taller than him (even though he'll be up on a step) and I like the height difference between FI and I when I'm in very flat shoes. He is 6' 3" and I'm 5'8"-so my head comes about to his shoulders/under his chin. All of the satin flats I tried on hurt my feet! My dress is floor length, so no one will see my shoes anyway. My sister, who is my MOH, didn't care for my choice either! Oh well!!!!
