Before my wedding, I am soldering my e-ring and wedding band. This is the perfect solution because otherwise my rings spin a lot and would dammage each other. Also, because there is a gap, which I love, the soldering will keep the two rings looking uniform together.
I got the idea of getting a separate second wedding band on these boards! That way, when there are times I won’t want to wear my larger wedding set, I can sport a simpler wedding band (cycling, at the cottage, etc.) Such a great idea!
Here’s what I’ve picked (I have 100 days to return it if need be). The channel set will keep the diamonds secure while the width of the band is large enough to say «married» while I wear it alone. It’s set in white gold.
Please let me know what you think! I’ll post pics of me wearing it in a few weeks when it is resized 🙂

Love that! Where is it from?

Looks pretty… can you post pics of your E-Ring and the soon to be soldered W-Band that goes with that as well.
Admit, I am not 100% clear here on your intentions, are your plans ever to wear all 3 together?
I am looking at doing 3 rings also… E-Ring and possibly 2 Wedding Bands… one fancy (with diamonds) one without. Both will be very narrow as my E-Ring is quite wide. The idea being that the fancy ring coordinates nicely with my E-Ring, but the plain one gives me options at times when I am doing something more “active” and don’t want to put my E-ring into any sort of jeopardy.
BUT I am also the sentimental type… so BOTH my W-Bands will be blessed at the Wedding and I will wear both of them the majority of the time (exception is noted above). IF the whole set up seems too wide for my ring finger, I’ll just move my sparkly E-Ring to my right hand if need be.

@This Time Round: My intentions are to wear my soldered wedding set most of the time- the flower halo with the diamond band. But there are times when I am doing activities that are not diamond ring-friendly 😉 That’s when the diamond twist with channel-set diamonds would be worn, alone. I would not wear all three because that would be way to large on my finger.
What I love about this wedding band is that there are no prongs, so it’s safe for all occasions. I also love that is has a flowy design, with an elevated top part. I think it’s perfect for me but I still need to put it on in my size!…in 10 days!
Here is my wedding set, before the soldering:
@breadandbutterflies: Thank you! It’s from Peoples, so it comes with a lifetime product garantee, wich I value a lot. Free rhodium plating, free risizing for life, free diamond replacement in case of loss, etc. Amazing
