I have been trying to figure out something we can do for my bachelorette party that will include my little sister who will only be 18 at the time. She says she always feels out of place/awkward because she’s not old enough to drink.
I was originally thinking we could just go to Wisconsin Dells (from Milwaukee, WI) and rent a condo at one of the resorts and have a girls night drinking in the room (she would do that because my mom would never know). But then I remembered a trip we took when I was in highschool where our volleyball team did a photo scavenger hunt. I was thinking this could be something fun for the whole group to do. We could either do it all at the hotel, or go explore the whole city. Then come back and laugh about all the crazy pictures while having a few drinks.
What do you think? Is this too childish for the rest of us (all 24-33 years old)?

Nah, definitely not! Might depend on your friends but it sounds like a blast!
(If you want to party, come to Montreal! 18 is legal)

Actually, my company did a scavenger hunt, and it was a blast despite the fact most of us didn’t know each other at the time (we’re a start-up)! I can imagine it would be really, really fun for people who are all around the same age group or who know each other.

@LoLo0113: We’re doing something similar because of my 19 year old sister! Sounds like a good plan.

You could go to a comedy club, some let 18 y/os in.

Do you often get carded when you go out? If not, give your ID to your little sis to use in case she gets ID’d.

@hopefloats: Ohhhhh! I love this idea!!

I would do the ID thing except she’s adopted… I’m blonde and she’s native american LOL Thanks though!

I think that that would be an awesome idea, i am in the same situation with my sister who is my Maid/Matron of Honor and will only be 18 as well. I might actually have to steel your idea! That sounds like alot of fun!!

One of my bridesmaids will only be 17 at the time so we all agreed on bowling. the bowling alley serves beer to those who want it and sodas to those who would prefer that instead. Kinda a win for us seeing as we all get together and go bowling once a month anyways.
