I don't know wth is going on. I had a tasting on (last) friday and ate dairy (which I'm allergic to and know that this is my reaction ... so my fault) ... My skin looks so awful.

I am a month and 2 days away from the wedding day ... I feel like my skin is going to look awful and I'm never going to recover from this. I seriously am so pis*ed. I hate how my face looks right now.

Yes. I did have them injected yesterday ... and no I don't see any change at all.

I am hating this right now.

Agh! Poor thing!! The good thing is you still have a month - I'm sure your skin will calm down.

Until then.. you already know it.. tons of water and fruits and veggies. ..

I don't have food allergies, but my skin is very reactive too and I have the best luck with Clarins face products. It's a little expensive, but totally worth the money. Go to their counter and get a consultation. But they have wonderful products, one is called SOS (I think) and you put it on every night to calm your skin down from reactions and it reduces redness. I just got a sample when I bought new lotion and face wash. It's awesome.

Are you working with a facialist or dermatologist that specializes in this?  What are they saying?

Have you tried eating anti-inflamitory foods and taking anti-inflamitory supplements (like flax seed or fish oil)?  They should help calm your skin from the inside out.

    Good luck!
