I think that's a really cute idea, both because you're a teacher (and if the experiences of my teacher friends are the norm, you see a lot of them!) and for the travel involved. Would you do them in plain looseleaf or use different coloured paper?
That is adorable! I really think that is unique and fits with your DW.
@CassandraC: I think yellow colored paper (to match our wedding colors, will be the best idea) Also, I am thinking about putting a cute saying on them.
Fellow teacher here and I love the idea! How old are your students? Maybe they could help create some for you. My students are like an extension of my family and I would love to think of having something from them at my wedding!
That is a great idea! The only problem is school is out May 31st. I am getting married right at the beginning of the school year, so that is out. The only thing I could do is have my kids make them before the end of the school year, but I don't like the idea of storing something so fragile for sooooo long. It is a great idea though, I would love for my darling babies to be involved :-)

I just read that a wonderful teacher bee had the idea of using paper airplanes for their departure. I love that idea! I am also a teacher, but I like it because I am having a destination wedding! What do you fellow bees think?
