I’ve been playing around with the fonts and shades of pink and green
I love the simplicity of it and the Palmetto tree since we’re getting married in SC overlooking the beach.
Plus I want to get them out ASAP since my cousin looks like she picked the same wedding date (http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/cousin-picked-same-wedding-date)

They look good. =) The only thing I might change would be to make the pink duller…it’s almost a little too bright. If the bright pink is in your plans, I’d suggest making something else pink as well. (Maybe the date, or your names, or both?)

We are honoring the breast cancer survivors in our family by doing a pink wedding and I’m trying to get the pink as close as possible to the breast cancer pink ribbon color. I’m not 100% convinced yet, hence version 5
Here are my favors and charms for my programs – it also has a link to my pink shoes http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/im-seeing-pink

Having read your other post I wouldn’t worry about what they look like, I’d just get them out ASAP!! However, I think they look great. Love the palm tree graphic. How are you planning to print them? Home or via online vendor?

I’m planning to send them out within 2-3 weeks.
I am planning to go through a local printer. I’m debating whether to do it as a postcard or a magnet

maybe see how lightening the green up to go with the light pink would look?

I like, I like!! MY ONLY nit-picky thing is to not capitalize THE – it should read Please Save the Date.
A cool idea would be to make the palmetto larger, but reduce the opacity. Then write everything on top of it. I didn’t see versions 1-4 so I don’t know what you’ve already tried.

I actually like "the" capitalized, it makes it seem almost more formal somehow.
I think it’s lovely, but the pink could be adjusted, it’s a little bit bright. I would suggest something that’s a little bit closer to fuschia and not quite so close to the plum/lavender that we’re seeing in that pink.
