My STD magnets/carrier cards from MagnetStreet came in last week and I am sooo excited! They look great! We decided to go with the purple color and I think it works well - not too girly and bright (for FI's sake), but still going with the wedding color scheme. Then I had a bit of an envelope dilemma.. I absolutely hated the white see through envelopes that came with the magnets, so I ordered really pretty quartz shimmery ones from Paper Source. But then I realized that my personalized stamp, that I am even more in love with, didn't stick on the shimmery paper and rubbed off :( Bummer! So back to Paper Source we went (FI was sooo excited). I was going to get plain luxe white or cream envelopes but they were see through as well, so we went with the neutral cement color. Not my first choice, but it is 1000x better than the originals and you can't see through them. So here they are! Sorry the pics are kinda crappy, they don't do the magnet justice.. I actually am really impressed by the quality for the cheap price! I haven't addressed anything yet, but am planning on handwriting them in script using calligraphy pens or markers (I think my handwriting is decent). I'll save the faux-ligraphy for my invites.
The magnet in the carrier card (the back is printed with info for guests about the hotel blocks, but I won't bother showing that) I blanked out our last names underneath our first names, so there isn't all that open space.
The back of the envelope with our personalized stamp that I am *slightly* obsessed with:
Let's see everyone else's STDs.. @Mrs.Neutrino, can I drool over yours one more time? :)
