I usually have a banana with plain yoghurt for dessert when i get like that – or a big glass of water by the bed so that when i wake up from being “hungry” i just drink the water and im good to get back to sleep. although I usually wake around 4:30-5am and I wake up at 5:45-6:30 anyway (depending on boot camp day or not!)
