oooh, youre probably locked in but its absolutely worth asking about. If they dont let you have the deal would you save money by breaking your contract and rebooking? Maybe thats just crazy talk.
Id be kinda frustrated if they didnt let me, thats a huge amount of $$$ saved!
It's definitely worth asking about. Unfortunately, they probably won't give you the discount since you already signed the contract, but you should try. Good luck, hope it works for you!
DEFINITELY worth asking and 3M might be right, might be worth breaking and re-booking... they also might not what to go through all of that so if you "threaten" that they may just give you the deal! GOOD LUCK!
Yeah, I agree about the breaking and rebooking--if it's less, DO IT! Even $200 might be worth it, because that's $200 that could go into your honeymoon :)
you should definitely ask! When you can save that much money, it's always worth a try--they can't penalize you for asking!
I'd ask and if they won't give you the lower price see if the throw in some more extras, like extra apps, a liquor upgrade or maybe a dessert table. It never hurts to ask.

I just went to my venue's new website..and they're running a special right now that's $25 less per person than what we're paying for brides who book now thru September. The package is the same exact thing we're getting. I know we signed a contract, but if we got the new price, we'd be saving $5,000.
Do you think it's even worth asking for the special, or am I pretty much just locked in?
