I had a card box, and the table was filled with gifts when we walked into the reception, so I would say no if gifts are normal in your area. What about seeing if the cake can be wheeled into the reception for the cutting? Not an ideal situation when it comes to photos, but it would make more room.
That a good idea to wheeled the cake into the reception. It's may not be the ideatl situation for picture but it's a least a solution to my problem!!! Thanks

Hi bee,
I need your advice!!! My venue is smaller than what I remember. I want a know if it's odd to have the wedding cake on the same table as the guest book and the cardbox??
In all the wedding I can remember the cake is standing on is own table or with the candy or other dessert. I don't even know if I will be able to do my photobooth. No I'll find a way for the photobooth it's to much fun that I can't make up my mind to remove it.
It's to late for looking for an other venue and I really love the look of this venue. But it's small...
