Well bees I'm engaged!
Now what's crazy is this morning I was daydreaming about the proposal (thinking it would be days or weeks away still!), and I daydreamed that he would give the ring to our super playful kitten to play with (as the kitten as run off with a cheap ring of mine several times when I leave it on the bathroom sink). Then I imagined him calling me into the room to "come see this hilarious thing the kitten is doing", at which point I would investigate what the kitten was playing with and discover the ring! It was very cute in my mind but I couldn't see him being creative like that and incorporating our cat.
Fast forward to a few hours later, and we have our kitten in the car (he loves car rides and we take him out to the farm all the time). Long explanation short, FI hands me his leather glove and tells me to put it on and rile up the cat using the glove as armour (kitten loves to scratch). I felt the ring when I put the glove on and kind of just stared at him with my hand up in the air haha. So he incorporated our cat into his proposal after I had just daydreamed he would this morning!
I'm just so happy my wait is over, I knew the ring was being made and the suspense was driving me mental!!
